    Responsibilities:

    interCLICK is looking for a resourceful and motivated individual to join our analytics team. The primary responsibilities include data exploration and analysis utilizing various statistical techniques, reports creation and generation, profitability analysis and data mining. Data analysis will be performed to support and optimize media buying and performance / delivery of advertising campaigns. This individual will also work on analysis of new reporting and analytics solutions and will be asked to provide recommendations. Analysis challenges common for this industry include working with large data sets, high variance data, biased data, and multiple objective functions. The role will work closely with business partners to enable effective, data driven decision making.

    Specific Duties Include:

    • Maintain, develop and support all non-standard reports and reporting procedures
    • Apply appropriate analysis techniques (i.e. exploratory, supply chain, regression, cluster, what if, solver) to conduct campaign performance and delivery analyses through a pragmatic and practical approach
    • Analyze segment performance data to identify profitability and performance drivers
    • Determine, test and update value of data and make recommendations on its best use
    • Assist with testing and evaluation of new reporting and data mining solutions
    • Work with Sales, Analytics and Business Development to provide expected delivery and yield forecasts for individual campaigns and the network as a whole
    • Assist with business research by gathering data, identifying options, performing cost-benefit analyses, and/or proposals
    • Create reports and spreadsheets outlining forecasts and performance

    Qualifications:

    • 4+ years of experience in quantitative analysis and research
    • Strong ability to extract and present insights from large data sets
    • BS in Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, or related field is required; MS preferred
    • Understanding of digital advertising optimization techniques
    • Strong Analytic Skills and Excel proficiency are required
    • Experience with data mining toolsets (SAS, SPSS, R, Matlab, etc.)
    • SQL skills are preferred
    • Familiarity with Advertising Data Exchanges a strong plus
    • Good communication and collaboration skills

    Responsibilities:

    The interClick Account Manager role is dynamic, hands-on, and works with nearly every team in the company including sales, business development, and operations.     Director, Accounting and Financial Reporting

    Location: New York

    interCLICK, Inc. (Nasdaq: ICLK),  an enterprise software company focused on digital advertising technology and services, seeks an exceptional, smart, energetic, hands-on Director of Accounting and Financial Reporting. This professional will participate in the company's rapid growth by providing technical accounting and reporting expertise and thought leadership by ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC, Nasdaq and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.  This newly created position reports to the CFO and is based in New York City.

    Specific duties include:

    • External Reporting and Compliance.  Prepare financial reports, including 10-K and 10-Q, in compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC requirements, and policies and directives.  Ensure financial statements and related footnotes present fairly the consolidated financial position, results of operations, and cash flows of the company.  Perform variance and trend analysis and prepare MD&A.  
    • Technical Accounting.  Provide leadership and advice on significant and complex accounting matters.   Review changes in U.S. GAAP, SEC, and internal policies and determine potential impact and disclosure implications.  Provide and defend accounting recommendations to senior management and external auditors.  Evaluate applicability of SOP 98-1 and manage process related thereto.  Conduct purchase accounting, due diligence and other activities surrounding acquisitions/dispositions, if needed.  Participate in review of monthly account reconciliations and authorize non-routine journal entries.
    • Internal Audit and Controls.  Ensure that policies and procedures are in place to provide reasonable assurance that the company's assets are safeguarded and financial statements are prepared in an accurate and timely manner. Coordinate and oversee Sarbanes Oxley activities relative to documentation, testing and segregation of duties. Participate in designing and validating suggested changes to control environment.  Assist with migration of accounting / financial management system to new platform.
    • Financial Drill-Down and Documentation.  Maintain a central repository of account compositions, policies, and supporting documentation for all financial statements, footnotes and management estimates.
    • Taxation and Compliance.  Coordinate quarterly and annual tax provisions and preparation of tax disclosures.  Manage the completion of Federal and State tax reporting requirements (including income, property, sales and use, payroll and other local taxes), insurance materials, and various regulatory reports.
    • Audit Coordination.  Supervise work relating to external auditors in the periodic review of the company's financial statements. Implement agreed upon recommendations resulting from any audit findings.
    • Equity Accounting and Stock Compensation.  Maintain equity records and calculate EPS.  Manage SFAS 123R accounting (including options, restricted stock awards and warrants).  Administer EASi software platform and interface with brokerage partner for employee equity transactions. 

    Qualifications

    • CPA with progressively responsible 7-10 years public accounting experience with Big 4 or national firm. 
    • Very strong knowledge and proven practical application of GAAP, SEC, Nasdaq, and SOX rules. 
    • Sound understanding of accounting for equity compensation, software development, leases and fair value.
    • Media, advertising, software, or advertising network industry experience strongly preferred. 
    • Must be comfortable in dynamic, technology-oriented environment.
    • Exceptional written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.

    Qualifications

    Job Responsibilities

    As Sr. VMware Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting Data Center operations by designing, implementing, and maintaining large production systems for our customers, and providing top level system support for Data Center issues. This means having in depth knowledge of virtualization, networking, routing, security, data center operations, and hardware such as servers, switches, firewalls and SAN's. 

    Main responsibilities will include:
