Andrew Katz co-founded interclick in 2006 and has served as CTO since its inception. Currently, Katz directs interclick's Engineering, R&D and IT efforts. Katz has more than fifteen years of software and platform development experience. He has focused his career on developing high-performance low-latency distributed systems utilizing Microsoft's computing stack. Previous to joining interclick, Katz co-founded mStyle, a mobile content distribution and billing platform. Prior to mStyle, Katz worked for Jenzabar, where he built and deployed web-based campus portals for higher education institutions. Katz began his career at ZEFER, an Internet consulting firm, as a Senior Engineer developing enterprise e-commerce solutions.

Katz holds a degree in Business from Babson College.
