To that end, we have a number of privacy policies and controls in place.

consumer privacy protection

interclick assures consumer privacy, notice and control with the following policies and procedures:

• Never collects nor receives personally identifiable information (PII)
• We provide consumer opt-out, allowing consumers to opt-out of all interclick data use
• We only use standard browser cookies to store information - no Flash cookies or other Locally Stored Objects (LSO) used.
• We adhere to stringent industry standards as a member of the NAI since 2008.
• We employ the CLEAR Ad Notice solution as part of the DAA self-regulatory program. By joining the program, interclick continues to uphold our commitment to Online Behavioral Advertising (OBA) standards and educate consumers about their advertising options.

restriction on data collection and use

interclick has the following restrictions on all of its targeting data:

• Restricts all targeting data which includes:
  • Ages under 16 years old
  • Medical conditions which are not treated by over-the-counter medications
  • Gambling, religion or sexual orientation
• All anonymous user level data erased after 90 days
• No Personally Identifiable Information is ever collected

privacy practices

interclick has the following programs to ensure continued consumer safety:

• Global privacy training for all interclick employees
• Required approval by privacy officers for product development
• Review process for data partners for privacy compliance
